At Cottist we do our best and make products with customers satisfaction on our minds. We do however understand that some customer may want to return or exchange the product after receiving them due to number of reasons. It's a great opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our products and service.
In case there is order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non refundable. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel an order after it has shipped from our warehouse.
No refund will be given in the following cases
1. In case of minor design and colour variations. There will always be some variations in colour between product you see online and product you get in hand.
2. Package refused by recipient.
3. Incorrect delivery address
4. We will notify you once we have received and Inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Tax amount will not be refundable.
5. We will require your Bank account number or upi id and telephonic verification to issue a refund.
No refund will be given in the following cases
